say i wanted to make a lil extra money around october, so come december my girl friend gets a nice gift.

how long does it take to grow a pumpkin, a large one suitable for selling? i have plenty of space to do it and live in california. when should i plant?

I have grown pumpkins for my grandchildrens halloween, and they were whoppers,also you can do so much with them .
