I think that’s a really cool pond, 3500 gallons seems a bit small though at 40 inches depth. You should build another 3500 gallon pool and connect the two with a 3000 gallon trench, lol.
On a more serious note though, good job tackling that by yourself, it sounded like a huge amount of effort to pull that off, but the end result looked well worth it.
