I wanted to put this video up because I could not find very many videos on youtube about a small DIY pond. Here is a short video of my backyard fountain, water feature or pond. I am not sure what to call it but it is one of those 3. I was able to make this for less than a hundred dollars. I used an old motar mixing tub as a preformed pond. The pumps were found on clearance at petsmart for 9.99 a piece. The electric is just a corded three outlet staked unit that the pumps were plugged into. The pump’s cords are sealed in a pvc pipe underground. I wanted to make this changable for right now and I am sure I will change it some next year. The fountain heads are just brass tubing that I cut in half and then crimped with plyers until the desired flow. It is very soothing and I have been spending a lot of time outdoors enjoying it. Any questions please comment or ask; I will be happy to respond. I also was able to include my propane fire bowel by adding a small pad behind it.

There was a koi pond in need of a little help… Alright a-lot of help. Thinking all I hand to do is install a waterfall filter I was excited for the job, when me and my friends decided to redo everything, that’s right everything. We ripped out the old ugly mortared waterfall & Installed a beautiful multi cascade Waterfall with unique tiger colored 3 River boulders. The old pond had nothing but bare liner, a flagstone capping and ugly large gravel, So we brought in over 3 1/2 tons of boulders and gravel held together with mortar & Carefully stacked. The pond renovation took 4 days. See how everything went in just 11 minutes. Enjoy.
